Disciples of Christ pastor and staff work on a strictly volunteer basis. Nobody takes a salary, nobody gets a stipend. (Some receive gift cards every now and again) This work is our return on that which God has sown into us. Every dime sown into Disciples of Christ goes to operational expenses and community ministry.
